Tierra Destiny Reid is an entrepreneur, former corporate executive, and mother. She is the CEO of TDR Brands International, which is comprised of a publishing and production house and a brick and mortar kids club located in Tucker, Georgia. She is also the founder of When Women Heal, which hosts an annual transformation retreat in Africa, including a leadership summit that fosters global connections and strengthens international relations among servant leaders.
With a deep passion for connecting people and helping them connect more deeply within themselves, Tierra believes that our stories are often the most powerful bridge to self discovery, healing, and impact. As the executive producer of Courageous Conversations, a film that amplifies real and raw stories of transformation, she is committed to creating platforms that help people expand, grow, and step into the fullness of who they are. She is passionate about helping people shine, actualize their gifts, and honor their own power, rather than hiding their voice or diminishing their worth.
While Tierra is grateful for her accolades, education, and accomplishments, she knows that true worth is not measured by success. It has been motherhood, entrepreneurship, and the hard lessons learned in the valley that have shaped her the most. She believes that we are already worthy and that the world just teaches us that we must earn our value. Her mission is to help others see that their story, their journey, and their voice already hold power.
