Let The Healing Continue

Nedra Maryland

In light of the recent events impacting our nation, what advice would you give to people in order to help them navigate the uncertainty?

Consistent ...we need stay consistent in the assignment that God has given us.

Please share one or two available resources that can help people right now.

One of the resources that can help wives right now would be W.I.F.E. Prayer at www.wifeprayer.com
Wives Interceding in Faith & Expectancy- A community of wives committed to supporting each other in our role, and encouraging each other to live in a way that is pleasing to God.

What is your personal mission in life?

My two missions in life is to encourage wives to fight for their marriages in prayer and the word of God. Next is to share with women how to remain focused when a critical illness hits your child.

What is one of the biggest challenges you have overcome?

Peace in my marriage and not throwing in the towel when it got hard and dark. Remaining strong and peaceful when our 5 year old son was diagnosed with Leukemia and had to undergo intense chemo and radiation.

What was one action that helped you overcome this challenge?

Being a part of a community that helped get through those difficult days.

 How do you define leadership?

One of a soldier, and leave no soldier behind.

What advice would you give to someone that is ashamed to share their story?

God allowed you to have a history and a story to help the next person. What you went through is not about you, it's about someone else.

How can people reach you?

They can message me on Facebook or email me at nedra.maryland@wordtab.net
