Passion

Passion, I am often referred to as a passionate leader. Passion for me has not only been realized in my career. Over the years, my passion for leading has evolved. Being passionate about leading people is crucial to me. Making a difference in someone’s life by helping them achieve their personal or business goal is exciting.

My purpose is to develop resilient people. Passion for me has always been about making a difference. I am developing, training, and providing the proper resources for employees to be successful. Employee experience matters to me; customer experience matters. I have intentionally cultivated a leadership mindset in the people I lead. I understand that employees that I lead will not automatically have passion; inspiring employees to be passionate by showing them what they do every day is how we can impact customer experience.

Believing the service and or product that the organization that I am a part of makes a difference in the lives of our customers makes the mission worth the effort. I strive to inspire the employees I lead; after 20 years as an operations leader, I still look forward to every day. Solving business problems, creating the highest level of efficiency and processes, operations management, making a difference and leading people is what I am passionate about.

My career has given me a space to pursue my passion, and I have not limited myself to finding passion only in my career; the pursuit continues—four ways to inspire passion in others.

  • Leads with passion

  • Engaged and committed to stakeholders, employees, and customer experience

  • Ability to build strong relationships, be minded, and listens with intent

  • Communicates proactively and provides clarity and vision
